October cycle

Sebenarnye tak pasti nak letak tajuk ape sebab Oktober cycle kinda weird. Tapi we stay with it for time being la sampai saya tahu nak rename ape nanti.. Hehe~

Anyyyyway, hari tu dah story tentang OvuView dan Omron Termometer kan.. Jadi kali ni nak share tentang BBT charting. I did quite a number of readings before embark to this method. Walaupun dah try sejak September lepas, unfortunately saya baru ade satu cycle lengkap BBT chart. Period irregular memang beginilah kejadiannya.

One menstrual cycle start from your first day of menses and end when you get your next menses. It involves a lot of hormones regulation hence it differs from one woman to another. (own definition)

Julat cycle saya dalam 30 hingga 60 hari, outliers pernah sampai 82 hari. >.< See the range? Macam mane nak conceive sedangkan ovum hanya mampu survive 24jam sahaja selepas ovulasi. Kebarangkalian less than 0.017%. Ya, we love numbers but this numbers are bitter truth. Hanya Allah sahaja yang tahu rahsia Dia. Jadi tugas kite? Usaha sahaja :) dan target precisely.

Dah tepek sini baru perasaan tak crop iklan. Lain kali lah :P

Dulu-dulu masa belajar kat universiti macam pernah register dalam kepala lecturer cakap Luteal Phase length will always be 14 days. And it happened that my period came exactly 14 days after the temperature drop! If the temperature remains elevated more than 18 days; it is a fat chance you're getting pregnant (in my case nope sebab after 57-days from first menses, i got period)

My view:
BBT charting is a roller coaster. And it will affect us emotionally. Be prepared. Lagi-lagi kalau suami asyik tanye "suhu pagi tadi berape sayang?" =__=!
